The home successfully combines openness with a sense of security, incorporating a sculpted rooftop landform, a cargo net lounge area, and a lushly landscaped yard within its revitalized industrial setting. Modern materials are used thoughtfully alongside repurposed bricks and structural elements from the original site, creating a seamless blend of old and new. The design celebrates both the area's artistic heritage and its evolving urban character.
