The Delganey Townhouses merge traditional townhome design with the gritty, artistic spirit of Denver's RiNo District. Although zoned for five stories, Davis Urban opted for a more practical height, creating 1,100 SF units that balance affordability with high design quality. The design features a sleek, modern facade at the front and a rugged, industrial rear, reflecting RiNo’s heritage. The project includes ample indoor and sheltered outdoor spaces, promoting livability and blending indoor-outdoor living. Transparent garage doors add versatility, either opening up to the street or glowing warmly through frosted glass. In a nod to local creativity, the house number was painted by an artist discovered during construction. Serving as both architect and developer, Davis Urban ensured a comprehensive approach to design decisions, considering all financial, operational, and timing impacts.
